Events by Celeste discloses there are risks involved in participation in Puppy Palooza (Event) including but not limited to injuries from slipping and falling and dog bites. As a willing participating in the Event, I acknowledge the risks to participation to person and/or my property, and intend to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, assigns, executors and administrators, and waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages or injuries arising out of, or in any way related to, my participation in the Event, which I may have against the following parties: Events by Celeste LLC, The Dairy Farm, its officers, contractors and volunteers, Humane Society, and the owner of the facility hosting the Event; together with the contractors, agents, employees and representatives of each of them. I certify that my canine and I are healthy and fit to compete in the Event and that I can supply proof of current rabies vaccination on request by tag or certificate. I hereby grant to The Sergei Foundation the exclusive right to record, broadcast, photograph, film and videotape my performances and related interviews at the Event and to utilize such recordings, broadcasts, photographs, films or videotapes together with my name, image, likeness, voice, and biographical information, for such publicity, promotional or commercial purposes as they may desire without my further consent or knowledge and I expressly agree to such assignment. I expressly acknowledge that I am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of my signing of this document, and that there are no other impediments or reasons why I would lack the capacity to enter into this agreement. I HAVE HAD SUFFICIENT OPPORTUNITY TO READ THIS ENTIRE DOCUMENT. I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD IT, AND I AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS. I HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT. I AGREE THAT IF ANY PORTION OF THIS AGREEMENT IS HELD INVALID, THE REMAINING TERMS SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
